The washing unit ‘RAIN’ is the smallest among the washing machines produced by Clemente snc. With a productivity of up to 4 tons of olives per hour, this machine is equipped with a loading hopper where together with washing process of the olives the stones are decanted. An auger, placed underneath the hopper ejects the decanted stones.   An electric vibrator motor linked with a grill section drop the leaves where the leaves collection container is placed underneath.  An auger ejects the leaves from the machine. Finally, the olives are rinsed on the exit of the washer with a row of waterjets location above the grille section.

A decantation tub of 1,4m3   integrated with the machine has the function of decanting the water, together with a filtering system used for recycling purposes.
