The grading machine produced by Clemente snc is a machine that calibrates table olives in one pass and without damaging the product.  On average this machine works with a capacity of up to 1 ton per hour (i.e.  1 ton of olives checked every hour), but customers can choose from a wide selection of types, which differ from size and level of productivity.  We can custom manufacture a machine for your requirements.

The Calibration machine is an automatic machine equipped with 2 rollers placed at a certain distance from each other and linked with parallel diverging nylon threads so that the gap from each thread linked with the first roller become larger when going toward the second roller. The olives that pass through the threads then fall underneath in different compartments according to their size. The gap between the threads at the beginning of the process is 12mm and grows up to 18mm at the end of the process: those sizes can be changed according to each customer’s requirement given at the time of manufacture.
