The washing machine OCEAN 1 is the smallest among the washing machines of the range OCEAN produced by Clemente snc.  It can have a productivity of up to 8 tons of olives per hour.  It is composed of a loading hopper where the olives’ stones are expelled by an auger.  Then an electric vibrator motor linked with a grille drop the leaves in a container placed underneath.  An auger ejects the leaves from the machine.

Finally, the olives are rinsed with a waterjet.

A decantation tub of 2.25m3   integrated with the machine has the function of decanting the water, together with a filtering system used for water recycling.

Finally, the olives are washed with a potable waterjet.
