The Company, Clemente, has been working on reinterpreting the mixing system as a part of the olive extraction process. This new innovation is a crucial part of the process and can now be used not only as a working tool but be able to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

The main goal here was to redefine the look of the oil-press by focusing on innovation in design yet bring new technology and functionality, in order to add value to the important oil production processes in Italy. Now, this system is available in Australia.

The new system encompasses the use of resistant materials such as stainless steel. A sharp focus has been put on the technological and mechanical aspects, industrial parameters matched amongst them with a sharp look at what should be a streamlined design.

A dynamic game of lights and creative choices of shapes defines the blank spaces of a CLEMENTE system oil-press and let’s go of the traditional strongholds releasing the imagination.
