Clemente Snc produces different types of machines, which separate the pits from waste pomace.  

GALAXY 1 is the smallest in the range and has a productivity of up to 2 tons per hour.  It is possible to work with wet pomace (i.e. with a percentage of humidity of 80% – 90%) or with dry pomace (with a percentage of humidity of 55%).  GALAXY 1 has performance that may vary from 10% to 20% of the incoming pomace, according to the quality of the olives.

In an olive oil factory, it can work independently or in-line with other machines in a continuous processing system.
