CONDOR – STALK & BRANCH REMOVERS

CONDOR 1 – DERAMIFOGLIATORE – STALK & BRANCH REMOVER

Condor 1 is the smallest machine belonging to the range of the CONDOR stalk and branch removers made by Clemente snc. It can work with a productivity of up to 4 tons per hour. On the top of the machine at the loading hopper, the olives go to a double rotating drum. The first drum with a bigger diameter allows the single olive to pass through it, while the olives with branches get separated by the delicate action of the rotor. The branches are ejected to the opposite side of the loading hopper while the olives go into the second drum and get separated from dirt and leaves. The cleaned olives come out from the drum and pass through a horizontal conveyor belt, placed sideways of the axis of the machine, which contains a leaves aspirator that blows the residual dust and leaves.

CONDOR 2

CONDOR 2 is the medium sized machine belonging to the range of the CONDOR stalk and branch removers made by Clemente snc. It can work with a productivity of up to 7 tons per hours. On the top of the machine from the loading hopper, the olives go to a double rotating drum. The first drum with a bigger diameter allows the single olives to pass through it, while the olives with branches attached get separated by the delicate action of the rotor. The branches are ejected to the opposite side of the loading hopper while the olives go into the secondary drum and are separated from dirt and leaves. The cleaned olives come out from the drum and pass through a horizontal conveyor belt, placed sideways to the axis of the machine and contain a leaves blower that exits the residual dirt and leaves.

CONDOR 3

The CONDOR 3 is the largest in the range of the Deramifogliatori CONDOR (branch and leaf remover machinery) produced by Clemente snc.  The machine can work up to 80 quintals/hour (8 tons per hour).

On the upper part of the machine at loading hopper, olives are fed into the double rotating basket by way of the screw conveyor.  The first stage of cleaning consists of an expeller to direct the branches out of the machine with a blower.  The olives from here fall into the first drum.  From here the mesh of the drum allows the olives to pass through, whilst the action of the blower remains constant in this phase and in turn, ejects the leaves (the ground is screened from the grid).  The clean olives protrude through a chute placed near the next part of the process.  The waste material exits from the lower part of the machine.
